Course enrolment is subject to availability and acceptance. Fees displayed at checkout are final unless an error is confirmed. Payments are processed through secure third-party gateways. Donations are voluntary contributions to environmental causes and are governed by our Refund Policy. Tax receipts, where applicable, are issued per prevailing Indian tax laws. Certificates are issued only upon successful completion of stated requirements.

5. Complaints & Eco-Vigilance

When submitting environmental complaints, you agree to provide truthful information to the best of your knowledge. False, malicious, or misleading reports may be rejected and may result in account suspension or referral to authorities. Complaint submission does not guarantee specific legal outcomes — we coordinate verification and forwarding to competent bodies. 6. Volunteer & Paryavaran Mitra Conduct

Volunteers represent the green movement in their communities. You agree to follow campaign guidelines, respect local laws, avoid harm to persons or property, and not misuse the Paryavaran Aayog name, logo, or ID for personal commercial gain. Misconduct may result in removal from programs and cancellation of credentials.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, course materials, logos, images, videos, documents, and branding are owned by Paryavaran Aayog or licensed to us. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written consent. Limited personal, non-commercial use is permitted for enrolled participants in connection with their training. Unauthorised use of certificates or branding is prohibited and may attract legal action.
