1. Strict No-Refund Policy

Paryavaran Aayog (Environment Forest and Climate Change Commission) is a registered independent commission working for public welfare, green action, and environmental safety. To maintain transparency, administrative integrity, and keep operations sustainable, all payments, donations, registrations, and application fees made on our website or through our portals are strictly non-refundable and non-cancellable.

2. Scope of Application

This strict no-refund policy applies without limitation to:

• Voluntary Donations: All donations supporting tree plantation, forest protection, awareness programs, and other green campaigns are final and non-refundable.
• Training & Course Enrolment Fees: Fees paid for professional training, eco-literacy courses, and certification programs cannot be refunded once paid, regardless of attendance, batch changes, or cancellation by the trainee.
• Volunteer & Paryavaran Mitra Registration: All fees associated with ID cards, background verification, or volunteer materials are non-refundable.
• Franchise, Partner & Skill Centre Applications: Application processing fees are final and non-refundable under any circumstances, including rejection of an application.
• Physical Goods (Eco-Kits, Books, Publications): Payments for books, brochures, eco-kits, and training manuals are strictly non-refundable.

3. Exception for Duplicate Transactions

The only exception to this policy is in the event of a verified technical error leading to a duplicate transaction. If your account was debited twice for the same transaction due to a payment gateway lag, please contact us at secretary@paryavaranaayog.com within 7 days with complete payment screenshots and transaction IDs. Upon verification, the duplicate amount will be refunded to the original payment source within 7–14 business days.

4. Batch Transfer Policy (For Training Programs)

While refunds are not issued, we understand that emergencies happen. If you are unable to attend a registered training batch, you may request a one-time transfer to a future batch of the same course (subject to seat availability). Such requests must be submitted via email at least 7 days prior to the scheduled start date.

5. Acceptance of these Terms

By completing any payment, booking, registration, or donation on our site (paryavaranaayog.com), you explicitly acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Refund & Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not proceed with any payment.
