The information and content on the Paryavaran Aayog web portal and within our awareness campaigns are provided for general educational, advocacy, and informational purposes only. While we work to safeguard environmental integrity and highlight ecological issues, the content provided does not constitute binding legal advice, official statutory rulings, or governmental forest policy directives. Always consult with authorized forest division officers, qualified legal counsel, or official government environmental agencies for specific compliance and regulatory matters.
Our environmental monitoring, tree plantation campaigns, and eco-initiatives are designed to build public participation (जन आंदोलन) and protect biodiversity under Articles 48A and 51A(g) of the Indian Constitution. While our volunteers and wardens report environmental violations to relevant authorities, we do not guarantee immediate resolution or state intervention, as statutory enforcement remains under the jurisdiction of official state and central departments (such as MoEFCC, NGT, and State Pollution Control Boards).
We strive to keep the ecological metrics, violation reports, and research statistics on our portal accurate and updated. However, we make no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the completeness, accuracy, or reliability of environmental data collected from community reports. Any reliance you place on such user-submitted data is at your own risk.
Our portal contains links to external portals (such as the Central Pollution Control Board, NGT, and government ministries) and downloadable resources. We do not control and are not responsible for the privacy practices, content accuracy, or availability of these external websites. The inclusion of links does not imply direct endorsement of all third-party services.
Registering as a green volunteer or Environment Warden with Paryavaran Aayog (which operates as a registered independent Commission dedicated to environmental advocacy) does not constitute employment with the Government of India or the Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change. All warden cards and certificates represent civic advocacy roles and do not bestow law enforcement powers.
Paryavaran Aayog, its governing board, officers, and active campaign leaders shall not be held liable for any direct or indirect damage or loss resulting from plantation failures, incorrect usage of soil/water testing kits, or issues arising from community reports submitted through our portal. Participation in our eco-initiatives and application of green techniques is conducted at the user's voluntary discretion.
