Paryavaran Aayog (Environment Forest and Climate Change Commission) primarily delivers training, certification, and citizen services digitally. Where physical items are dispatched — including certificates, books, first-aid kits, eco materials, volunteer ID cards, and event merchandise — this policy sets out delivery areas, timelines, charges, and your responsibilities. Digital delivery (email, download, verification portal) is covered in Section 10.
We ship to all serviceable pin codes across India through registered post, courier partners, or state office hand delivery for bulk campaign materials. International shipping is not offered by default; special arrangements may be made on written request with additional charges and customs responsibilities borne by the recipient.
Processing may take longer during peak campaign seasons, public holidays, or national events. We will notify you of significant delays.
These are estimates only. Weather, logistics disruptions, or local restrictions may cause delays beyond our control.
Shipping charges (if any) are displayed at checkout or communicated before dispatch. Standard certificate delivery by registered post may be included in the course fee. Express courier options, where available, may carry an additional fee. Free shipping may apply during promotional campaigns — terms will be stated on the offer page.
For courier shipments, we share tracking number and link via SMS or email once dispatched. For registered post, a receipt number may be provided where available. If you have not received tracking details within the stated processing window, contact us with your order or enrolment reference.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address including pin code, landmark, and reachable mobile number. We are not liable for failed delivery due to incorrect addresses or recipient unavailability. If a parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to arrange re-dispatch; additional shipping charges may apply.
Report lost, damaged, or incorrect shipments within 7 days of the expected delivery date (or within 7 days of receiving a damaged/wrong item). Email secretary@paryavaranaayog.com with order reference and photos where applicable. We will investigate and, where confirmed, arrange replacement or refund per our Refund Policy.
Digital certificates, e-receipts, tax donation receipts, course access links, and downloadable materials are delivered to your registered email or account dashboard. Delivery is complete when sent or made available. Check spam/junk folders. You are responsible for maintaining a valid email address and phone number. Download links may expire after a stated period — request a reissue if needed.
In some regions, materials may be collected in person from the nearest Paryavaran Aayog state desk. You will be notified when this option is available. Valid photo ID and order/enrolment reference are required at collection.
