Submission Guidelines

All vehicles proposed must comply with clean fuel norms (CNG/Electric preferred) in line with our green carbon footprint directives. Paryavaran Aayog reserves all rights to reject any bid without assigning prior explanations.

Bidders must guarantee that all vehicles hold active commercial registration and comprehensive insurance coverage. Drivers assigned must hold valid commercial licensing, carry smart devices to log digital GPS coordinates, and undergo mandatory environmental sensitivity training hosted at our regional chapter.
